How it works, in four steps
- Free roof inspection
- We lodge and manage the claim
- We negotiate the settlement
- Licensed builder rebuilds
After big storms, door-knockers follow. Some are legitimate; some aren't. Whoever visits you, including us, check their ID against the public registers first.
Questions homeowners here ask
Is storm damage in Logan still claimable?
Possibly. Qld & NSW Severe Storms and Hail (November 2025) is recent enough that claims may still be open: the event page has the details. A free inspection tells you whether your roof has damage worth claiming.
What does an inspection in Logan cost?
Nothing, and there is no obligation afterwards. If nothing is wrong with your roof, you get a certificate saying so.
What will it cost me if I do claim?
No upfront fee, and no separate invoice when you repair through our builder. How we get paid sets out every path, with the exact dollar figure in writing before you sign anything.
How do I check you're legitimate before letting anyone on my roof?
Ask whoever knocks, including us, for ID, then check it against the public registers yourself. The verify page walks you through it in a couple of minutes.
