Who we are
About Apex Claims
We are claims advocates, not your insurer, a law firm or the builder. When we act on your claim, we act for you: we inspect the roof, lodge and manage the claim, negotiate the settlement, and a licensed builder does the rebuild.
Apex Claims is a new name, not a new trade. We were handling storm and hail claims for Queensland homeowners before Apex existed, and we built it to keep doing that work under our own name and our own standard.
The people you'll deal with
Olena Tymchenko
Claims Manager
Runs your claim once it's lodged. Olena deals with your insurer, keeps you updated and is your point of contact through to settlement.
Vasyl Karpynets
Field Representative
The person you may meet at your door. Vasyl inspects roofs, documents storm damage and leaves you a card so you can check him against this page.
That's the whole field team. Anyone who visits you from Apex Claims will be one of these two faces, and you're welcome to double-check them any time.
Where we are
We are based at 9/39 Minnie Street, Southport QLD 4215, and we work across Queensland and northern New South Wales, from the coast to the hinterland. That address is for the record rather than for visitors: we come to you, so the inspection happens at your place.

Handling insurance claims on your behalf is a regulated financial service. We operate as an authorised representative (No. 001322632) under AFSL 532061. Every number is listed on the verification page, where you can check each one against the public registers yourself.
